The Studio Manager is responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of Hana, supporting the team, overseeing studio operations, and acting as a key link between the studio and our founder.
This role leads and supports staff, manages rosters and training, oversees facilities and stock, supports sales and reporting, and works alongside the team on the studio floor to ensure an exceptional client experience.
We’re looking for someone with strong leadership, organisation, and customer service skills, who thrives in a people-focused environment and aligns with Hana’s values of care, consistency, and excellence.
