As 2iC, you will act as a liaison between our Studio Managers and Wellness Assistants, bridging communication.
We are looking for someone who naturally shows initiative and loves to be a leader amongst a team. We like a strong communicator, with excellent attention to detail, and a solutions focused mentality. This is a client facing role with a mix of front of house, retail and cleaning duties.
2iC role includes:
- A liaison between the Studio Manager and Wellness Assistants with a focus on bridging communication, training, education, and upholding our Hana standards of cleanliness
- Front of house duties, including scheduling appointments and utilising our booking software, answering phones, monitoring the general inbox, receiving retail stock, tracking inventory and stocktake, and managing daily/monthly jobs. A 2iC monitors the daily tasks being completed and is a go-to on more complex enquiries.
- Cleaning duties, including spraying and wiping treatment rooms between client use, cleaning ice baths, keeping shared areas clean, and managing laundry. A 2iC monitors and upholds the Hana standards of cleanliness.
- Educating the clients on the benefits of treatments and products. A 2iC encourages product education amongst the Wellness Assistants.
- A 2iC is a go-to for training and developing the Wellness Assistant team
