Membership Commitment & Payments
- Memberships are billed weekly, with a minimum commitment of three months.
- If you cancel within the initial three-month period, you must pay out the remaining balance for the full term.
- After three months, memberships automatically renew on a weekly basis. If you wish to cancel, you must do so before your next scheduled payment to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
Holds & Extensions
- If you need to place your membership on hold, you can freeze your membership for a fee of $20 per week. You will then be returned this $20 in the form of a Hana credit once your membership restarts.
Transfers & Exceptional Circumstances
- In exceptional circumstances (such as illness, pregnancy, or unexpected travel), you may transfer your membership to another person within the first three months.
- Transfers are limited to one per membership and cannot be transferred again by the new member.
Payment Failures
- If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, a fee may be charged to cover processing costs.
Membership Credits & Expiry
- Weekly membership credits expire after 14 days, allowing flexibility in their use.
- Once credits for the week are used, additional sessions can be booked at your fixed membership rate per session.
- To redeem the free upgrade to the large sauna, you must book the large sauna in advance—no additional fee will be charged.
Retail Discounts
- The 10% discount on retail products applies only to the membership holder and cannot be shared. This discount does not apply on our online shop.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- If you cancel or reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment, or fail to show up, your membership credit will be redeemed for the missed session.
- No refunds or service credits will be issued for unused sessions.
