Please read through our shipping & returns policies and online terms before making a purchase in our online store.

Shipping Policy

Hana is currently only shipping within New Zealand.

  • We aim to process your order as soon as possible within standard working hours. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation which includes tracking details.
  • Our estimated delivery time is two to three working days following dispatch.
  • During sale or holiday periods, processing of orders may be subject to delay. Please allow a minimum of two working days for your order to be dispatched.
  • Please note that unexpected courier delays may occur, particularly at peak times, which are out of our control or responsibility. We always endeavour to have your items with you as soon as we possibly can!
  • Our shipping rate is a flat fee of $10 for the North Island and $15 for the South Island. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.
  • Please take care to fill in your shipping address correctly when ordering. Hana cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels due to an address being entered incorrectly. We recommend that you provide a secure daytime delivery address, such as your workplace.
  • Let us know if your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe so that we can lodge a query with the relevant shipping provider.
  • If you believe your goods have been damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible and we will contact our shipping provider to rectify the issue.

  • We also offer a click and collect service at our space in Grey Lynn. Please select the click and collect option at check out and we will notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Returns Policy

We hope that you love your product choices from our carefully curated selection.

However, if you do change your mind, we are happy to provide you with a credit or an exchange (subject to availability) for full priced items provided that the following conditions are met:

  1. The goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact.
  2. The goods have not been damaged, opened or used.
  3. The goods are returned within 14 days of delivery.
  4. The original invoice is provided as proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are at your expense and you must use a prepaid and traceable method of shipping to ensure safe and documented delivery of the goods. Hana takes no responsibility for goods that have been lost or damaged while in transit back to us.

Online orders may also be returned directly to the above address within 14 days of delivery.

If the goods are faulty, Hana will provide you with a full refund or replacement upon return of the goods. Hana will reimburse the shipping charges for the return of goods in this instance.

While we take great care to accurately pack your order, if you find the goods are different to those you have ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and we will rectify the issue either by exchanging the item for the correct one (subject to availability) or providing you with a full refund.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a credit or exchange unless deemed faulty.

Returns will be processed within 5-7 days of arriving back to us. Please specify if you would like to exchange the goods or receive a credit. Credits will be issued in the form of a Hana retail store gift card that will remain valid for 12 months.
