Our all female staff have passion for natural health and a holistic approach to wellbeing, which are fundamental aspects of the work that we do.

Hana was founded by Sara Higgins in June 2020, as an inner city wellness retreat offering a range of treatments drawn from nature, to support general health and healing from chronic illnesses. Our brand ethos is centred on educating the public on all things related to natural health and providing an immersive experience that allows our clients to release the tension of the day, leaving them feeling nourished and supported.

We have two roles available currently:

Full time Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is a newly created role to support our growing business. Reporting directly to the Founder and Managing Director, the overarching purpose of the role is to maintain and increase the efficiency of Hana’s business operations, including the management of the Hana team, facilities and retail stock. To be successful in this role, a passion for wellness, holistic health and alternative therapies is an absolute must.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • General day to day leadership, support and supervision of team members
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge on Hana’s products and services and educating the team and our clients on an ongoing basis
  • Induction and training of new team members
  • Ongoing development of the team to ensure the continuous implementation of the Hana customer experience
  • Identifying opportunities to improve Hana’s existing operational processes and procedures to ensure continuous improvement and implementation of those process improvements
  • Maintenance of all Hana facilities
  • Inventory management and stock ordering (including managing regular stocktakes)
  • Ensuring all health & safety laws, policies and procedures are being adhered to

We’re looking for someone with strong leadership, time management and organisational skills. Ideally you will have 2-5 years’ experience in Retail Management or Operations Management. You’ll need to be able to prioritise a busy workload to ensure work of the greatest importance to the business is undertaken with urgency and to a high standard. You’re process-driven and have excellent interpersonal communication skills. Part time Wellness Assistant

Our Wellness Assistants proactively contribute to offering our guests an immersive experience whilst keeping our facilities in perfect condition.

You must be passionate about wellness & holistic health, have strong attention to detail, great organisational skills, and thrive in a fast paced environment.

The position is a part time, fixed term maternity cover. Involving 20-30 hours per week, including late nights, early mornings & weekend work.
