We are looking for a part time Wellness Assistant to join our growing team at Hana.

Our all female staff have passion for natural health and a holistic approach to wellbeing, which are fundamental aspects of the work that we do.

Hana was founded by Sara Higgins in June 2020, as an inner city wellness retreat offering a range of treatments drawn from nature, to support general health and healing from chronic illnesses. Our brand ethos is centred on educating the public on all things related to natural health and providing an immersive experience that allows our clients to release the tension of the day, leaving them feeling nourished and supported.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is dynamic, passionate and enthusiastic about providing our clients with a friendly and immersive experience. The position is part time (8 hours on a Saturday) and based at the “Scrapyard” in Grey Lynn, Auckland.

The role involves:

Meeting & greeting clients
Offering clients refreshments
Answering the phone & responding to emails
Educating the public on the benefits of the treatments
Scheduling appointments & follow ups
Preparing treatment rooms between clients
Ensuring facilities are to a quality standard
