Please read through the terms and conditions. When signing up as a client of IR Health Limited t/as Hana, you agree to the terms and conditions.

Studio Terms

  1. For new clients, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session time and for existing clients, please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled session time, we are unable to extend session times or bookings to accommodate late arrivals.  Parking can be difficult at The Scrap Yard at certain times of the day/days of the week so please factor this in to your travel time. 
  2. Please ensure you check in with our friendly team when you arrive.
  3. Payment must be made at the time of booking.
  4. Hana reserves the right to alter prices and services without notice.
  5. Hana and Hana aligned practitioners do not claim that any services offered at our facility should substitute medical advice or medical treatment by a doctor.
  6. Please advise us at time of booking whether you have any medical conditions that may impact your Hana experience, including any reasons that treatment may not be suitable for you. Hana reserves the right to decline treatment for medical reasons.
  7. Clients acknowledge that they use the facility and engage in our treatments at their own risk. Hana will not be held responsible for any damages, injury or death that occurs at, or as a result of using our facility.
  8. Hana reserves the right to refuse use of facilities to clients under the influence of alcohol or dugs, or those who behave in a manner which is deemed abusive or harassing to other clients and/or staff. In the event that this occurs, any payment made will not be refunded.
  9. Prices, products and offers include GST and are charged in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
  10. All passes and memberships are non-transferable.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking. This can be done via Fresha.
  2. If a booking is rescheduled or cancelled more than 12 hours before your session time, the service will be credited to your Hana Fresha account for use at a later date. If a booking is rescheduled or cancelled 6 to 12 hours before your appointment you will be charged 50% of the cost of the treatment. If you cancel within 6 hours of the appointment time or do not show up, you will be charged in full as if you had attended the session

Direct Debit Memberships

  1. For direct debit membership suspensions, we require at least 7 days notice prior to your next billing date.
  2. You may suspend your membership up to 4 weeks at a time.
  3. Requests to suspend memberships must be made in writing by emailing hello@hana.nz.
  4. It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available to cover the fortnightly auto-debit. Should a payment be declined for any reason, Hana reserves the right to process payment at any time to settle any debt owed. If an auto-debit is declined due to insufficient funds, the transaction will fail which requires additional administration and yields additional bank costs. 
  5. Hana is not responsible for additional bank fees that you may incur from your bank. Bank fees are under the terms and conditions of contractual agreements that lie between you and your bank.

Gift Cards

  1. Gift cards may be purchased online or in the studio. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Gift cards are not transferable.
  2. Hana does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on Gift Cards for change of mind, injury, illness or any other reason. All purchases are final. We accept no responsibility if a card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.

Hana Concession Cards

  1. Concessions have an expiry date of either 3, 4 or 8 months.
  2. Hana does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions, or extensions on 5, 10 and 20 concessions for change of mind, injury, illness or any other reason.
  3. Any non-cancellations, no shows will result in forfeiting that visit.

Introductory Offers

  1. Hana Introductory Offers are available to new clients only.
  2. Your intro pass is valid for 30 days from date of purchase.
