A fee of $50 will be charged to your card on file for any cancellations within 6 hours of your booking or no shows for any bookings made. For massage services booked, our standard cancellation policy will apply.
*Daily usage limits
Our Annual Unlimited Membership will have a daily limit of:
1x PBM & Contrast session per day
or
1x PBM & Infrared Sauna session per day
Refer a friend
Within your membership you have access to referring 2 friends to gain 10% off any concession packs or single sessions for the entire year. T&C's:
Referral must be a new Hana client and will have their discount set up upon signing up.
Holds & extensions
No holds or extensions for holidays and absence will be available for this membership option.
Exceptional circumstances
You will be able to transfer your membership into another person's name once in the year for exceptional circumstances e.g. illness, pregnancy, etc.
You are not able to gift individual or remaining sessions to friends or family.
Pricing & additional charges
Our unlimited annual membership is $120 per week, paid upfront - $6,000 annually. This is based on Hana being open for 50 weeks of the year.
Membership dates
Our memberships will be on sale each year during December and will go live when we reopen on 6th January and expire on the 24th of December each year.
Locations available to use membership
Your unlimited membership can be used across both our Grey Lynn and Parnell locations.
