Our private infrared saunas provide an oasis for you to take some time out of your day for yourself. The healing infrared light supports detoxification, increases circulation and reduces inflammation. Throughout your 40 minute sauna session, we encourage you to stay hydrated with the filtered water and electrolytes we provide for you. We welcome you to nourish your whole being, whether that be listening to a podcast, your favourite playlist or one of our guided meditations.

Enjoy twenty minutes of pure relaxation in our whole body photobiomodulation pod. The red and near infrared wavelengths of light will boost your cellular energy and reduce inflammation to support healing. The treatment will leave you feeling relaxed and radiant and instil calm into your day. Connect with us afterward over a warm cup of Mayde Tea to further nourish your mind and body.

Over the course of 60 minutes, alternate between extreme hot in our sauna heated to 70 degrees Celsius and cold in our ice bath which sits around 6 degrees Celsius. You will leave feeling invigorated, clear and calm and ready for the rest of your day.
