Hana is open in Level 3 for existing clients.

During Level 3, Hana will be operating as a contactless health service as per MBIE guidelines for existing clients that have health conditions and needs that require treatment.

To book a treatment during this time, please use our online booking system at www.hana.nz.

Product purchase will also be available via click and collect, by calling or emailing Hana directly.

Level 3 services

Essential services at Hana will include:

~ Infrared Sauna Therapy

~ PBM Light Therapy

~ Contrast Therapy

Please note that with Level 3 restrictions in place, and to ensure the safety of our staff and clients – we will be running a reduced service, with new procedures and guidelines.

This is to ensure thorough cleaning in between each treatment, and for physical distancing to be in place. We kindly ask that you familiarise yourself with our new rules and regulations before arriving for any treatment that you have booked.

New Rules & Regulations for Hana during Level 3

  • Bring your own towel and water to your session.
  • Arrive no more than 10 minutes before your treatment.
  • Only one person permitted per sauna (unless the additional person is part of your bubble).
  • The use of face masks when entering and exiting your treatment (unless exempt).
  • Physical distancing between clients and staff is to be practiced at all times.
  • Scanning or signing in upon arrival.
  • Stay home if you feel unwell or have been to places of interest.
  • We are unable to serve tea during this time.

  • Inflammation and pain – post injury & operation
  • Arthritis – osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis & psoriatic arthritis
  • Psoriasis
  • Dermatitis
  • Hashimoto’s thyroiditis & hypothyroidism
  • Chronic fatigue
  • Mould illness/ CIRS
  • Hormonal imbalances in men and women
  • Depression & anxiety
  • Chronic stress
  • Concussion
  • Traumatic brain injury
  • Stroke
  • Multiple sclerosis
  • Dementia
  • Heavy metal toxicity

If you do not have a health need, we must ask that you wait for Level 2 before booking. If you have a health condition that is benefited from our treatment and requires urgent attention but is not on the list, you are most welcome to book.
